NOTE: This PRN role is a 2-3 day a week position for coverage.

What You'll Do

This isn't a desk job. You'll be right in the middle of the action, building real relationships and creating moments that residents and their families will never forget. Day to day, that looks like designing and leading activities rooted in each resident's personal history and interests, helping produce the monthly community newsletter, and coordinating seasonal events and gatherings that bring the whole community together. You'll welcome new residents through activity assessments, help grow the community's volunteer program, and work closely with a team that genuinely cares about each other and the people they serve.

Who You Are

You're energetic, warm, and naturally at ease with people. You're patient and emotionally grounded, especially when things get hard, and you make people feel heard without having to try. You know how to juggle priorities without losing the personal touch that makes this work meaningful. Some knowledge of memory care and the disease processes that affect seniors is helpful, and a genuine eagerness to keep learning matters just as much. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license. Some local travel and occasional weekend availability are part of the role.
