Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
