We are excited to be partnered with a well-respected, non-profit organization in search of an Executive Director (Campus Administrator) for a beautiful senior care campus in the Saint Cloud, Mn area.

What We're Looking for:
- Valid Minnesota LNHA license
- 2 years or more years of experience in an Executive Director role overseeing multiple levels of care
- Candidates with experience as a Nursing Home Administrator as well as an Assisted Living Director are encouraged to apply as well
- Active Assisted Living Director License (LALD) is a plus (Not required)
- Pasion for elder care

The compensation range represents a good faith estimate of what our client may pay for the position at the time of posting. The role may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex, race, ethnicity, or any other protected status.
Compensation:
$130,000 per year
