MHE Group is seeking a motivated Outside Construction Materials Sales Representative to develop new clients and projects for our AAC building solutions in Central Florida and other U.S. markets.

This is an independent, field-based opportunity. You will manage your own schedule, build relationships with developers, architects, general contractors, engineers, consultants, and distributors, and coordinate with MHE Group’s technical team throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction, building materials, engineering services, or B2B sales and is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an independent sales pipeline.

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary, guaranteed compensation, or employee benefits. Commissions generally range from 2% to 5%, depending on the project and level of involvement.

Estimated annual earning potential: $60,000–$200,000+. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on completed sales, project value, client payments, and performance. Commission terms will be governed by a separate written agreement.
