The Retail Store Manager oversees the daily operations of a small retail store team, ensuring efficient store functionality and excellent customer service. They manage sales reporting, visual merchandising, and marketing implementation while maintaining the operational standards of the store. This role involves guided decision-making within established guidelines and requires collaboration with a small team of 1-5 employees, utilizing third-party point-of-sale software.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales reporting to track store performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain store standards
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives in-store

- 2+ years of experience in retail management

- Knowledge of retail and inventory management
