Work Location Orange, California Work Shift Day – 8 hrs (United States of America) Job Summary The Occupational Therapist II provides direct patient and family centered care while under the direction of the Rehabilitation Leadership Team. This includes evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs, coordination with the interdisciplinary team, and participation in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development. Pay Range Minimum $45.72 | Midpoint $60.58 | Maximum $75.43 Experience Required: Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience. Preferred: Clinical affiliation in Pediatrics. Education Required: Completion of accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related field. Specialized Skills Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively; attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration; excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem‑solving skills. Licensure Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and CA Occupational Therapy licensure.
