Job Description
Registered Nurse - Correctional

Schedule

40 hours per week, evening shift 2pm-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday, with days off on Sunday and Monday.

Assignment Details

26-52 week contracts available.

Requirements

• Licensed and registered to practice nursing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general medical inventory, including controlled substances.
• Conduct medication administration and review health conditions of youth.
• Prepare and evaluate nursing intervention plans, ensuring consistency with treatment plans.
• Participate in staff trainings and prepare required clinical and administrative reports.
• Maintain infection control standards.
• Serve as a member of the facility's medical treatment team.

Compliance / Notes

Free parking available on-site. The dress code is business casual or scrubs. Supervision staff will be present when providing nursing care to youth. Currently, there are no vaccine requirements.
