Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Proficient or trained in the Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) assessment model
• Direct experience using the Psychological Processing Analyzer (PPA) is strongly preferred
• Experience in K–12 settings, conducting comprehensive evaluations for special education eligibility
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with students, staff, and families
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments using the PSW model and PPA program
• Interpret data to inform eligibility decisions, interventions, and recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Develop and help implement evidence-based strategies to support student learning and emotional needs
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation according to district and legal standards
