REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT — TRAINING & MENTORSHIP PROVIDED

Creative Real Estate Pros is a New York real estate brokerage working across commercial, residential, and creative spaces.

We're looking for motivated people who want to build a career in real estate and are willing to learn, prospect, follow a process, and consistently work opportunities from first contact through closing.

Real estate experience is welcome, but it is not required. We provide structured training, technology, mentorship, inventory exposure, and supervised experience working with real prospects and properties.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You'll learn CREP's available property inventory and how to match spaces to client requirements. You'll market available properties through approved platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and other CREP marketing channels. You'll respond to incoming inquiries, qualify prospective tenants and clients, maintain consistent follow-up, identify appropriate spaces, coordinate property showings, and learn how to move opportunities through the real estate process.

You'll also learn how to prospect for new clients, landlords, property owners, and listing opportunities so you can develop your own book of business.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who communicate well, follow instructions, stay organized, take initiative, and follow through.

You should be comfortable using computers and online business tools, communicating by phone, text, and email, learning new systems, working independently, and traveling throughout New York City when necessary for meetings and showings.

You do not need to know everything about real estate when you start. You do need to be willing to learn and consistently apply what you are taught.

LICENSING

Applicants who already hold a New York real estate salesperson license are welcome.

Applicants who are not yet licensed may also be considered and must be willing to complete the licensing requirements necessary to perform licensed real estate activities.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

CREP provides a structured onboarding process designed to move new agents from training into supervised real-world activity.

Training includes prospect qualification, property inventory, lead generation, follow-up, property marketing, landlord prospecting, listings, showings, real estate paperwork, deal progression, and CREP systems.

After completing initial training, agents begin working on supervised live opportunities.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based real estate sales opportunity. Earnings depend on production, transactions completed, commission revenue received, and the agent's level of participation in each transaction.

Specific commission structure and independent-contractor terms are reviewed during the onboarding process.

THE HIRING PROCESS

Applicants selected to continue will be asked to complete a short CREP screening process. This allows us to evaluate communication, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and how applicants approach practical situations.

Candidates who successfully complete the screening may be invited to interview with CREP.
