Customer Service Coordinator

Customer Service Coordinator Hyattsville, MD Premier party rental company in the Washington metropolitan area seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator interested in joining our team. Primary responsibilities include: Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming phone calls professionally and promptly Screen incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department Answer general customer inquiries and provide basic product and service information Process small rental orders, order changes, and routine customer requests including taking photos and measurements when required Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Assist with Dispatch operations and communicate updates as needed Monitor and respond to the front door intercom Provide general administrative support to help maintain efficient daily operations Qualifications are as follows: Strong organization and communication/phone skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficient computer skills Any catering, rental or event related experience is a plus, but not required Schedule: Monday- Friday:8 Hour Shift (Day) Saturday: Half day twice a month Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications Review in 90 days Eligible for yearly bonus up to 10% of salary Benefits: Health and Dental 401 K Fully Vested with a 4% Match Company Life Insurance PTO plus 6 paid holidays Perfect Settings is an equal opportunity employer.
