We distribute food throughout the Upper Midwest. YOUR CREATIVE RHYTHM Your Monday–Friday flow starts by lining up priorities and deadlines, then diving into focused creative time-sketching a few directions, tightening hierarchy, and making those tiny spacing tweaks that magically make a layout click. You'll hop into quick reviews, capture notes, and keep versions tidy so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Midday might include checking proofs, confirming specs, or chatting with a vendor to keep production smooth. Before you wrap, you'll organize files for easy handoff and set yourself up with a clear, satisfying next step for tomorrow. DESIGN THAT MOVES As our Graphic Designer in Cloquet, you'll turn sales, marketing, merchandising, and company initiatives into clean, attention-grabbing visuals that help customers spot what's new-and act on it. Key responsibilities include: Create print and digital pieces (ads, menus, brochures, posters, catalogs, signage, trailer graphics, social/email graphics) Gather inputs, build concepts, and refine layouts (type, color, imagery, scale, overall look) Share drafts for review, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished finals Prep production-ready files; coordinate with printers, vendors, and outside partners Keep brand standards consistent across channels; retouch/edit images as needed Collaborate with sales, marketing, category management, culinary, and more; support events and food shows Communicate promptly and professionally; work safely and reliably If you like design that's both fun and business-smart, we'd love to see your work-apply today.
