You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to influence others, build alignment across teams, and create sustainable improvements. You are equally comfortable leading a root cause investigation, presenting to leadership, engaging with customers, and improving quality systems that support long-term business success.For this Role, You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline.8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software testing, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical role.Strong expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA.Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management systems.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving improvement initiatives.Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.Legal authorization to work in the United States.
