**Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist Assistant!** **Job Description:** - Engage in meaningful patient care as part of a dedicated team! - Provide physical therapy services under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist. - Implement tailored patient interventions to enhance mobility and functional activities. - Work with diverse populations, from newborns to seniors, improving their quality of life. - Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate well with patients and their families. - Assist in delivering care in inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with various medical conditions. - Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as directed to ensure safety and comfort. - Utilize exceptional communication skills to interact positively with staff, physicians, and patients. - Perform technical procedures and operate specialized equipment competently. **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. - Current credentialing by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board. - Hold a verification card showing current instruction in Basic Life Support (BLS). - Minimum of four (4) years of experience in outpatient settings preferred. - Bilingual capabilities are a plus! **Working Environment:** - Enjoy a vibrant work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Work in a state-of-the-art, newly built Rehabilitation Gymnasium with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. - Experience some exposure to typical clinical challenges, including unpleasant sights and infectious diseases. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
