Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury and Criminal Defense)

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support this small, but determined practice. The firm handles personal injury and criminal defense cases.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas.
Seamlessly handling state and federal e-filings and conducting preliminary legal research.
Manage discovery, including drafting responses to interrogatories and production requests
Collaborate with clients and attorneys to move cases forward

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2+ years of experience in a litigation environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management software
A Paralegal Certificate or degree is preferred, but your hands-on litigation experience is what matters most.
You are a "superstar" organizer who tracks deadlines and maintains a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
