Job Description:

This position is for a Facilities/IT Integrato r in Chantilly, VA supporting cutting-edge and innovative space programs. The Facilities/IT Integrator will work daily on-site with the Government to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of facilities projects for the program office. This dual role requires a dynamic individual with experience in facilities management as well as technical proficiency in system administration, particularly the ability to oversee and manage IT systems and platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of program office suite to ensure facility functionality, safety, and compliance.
• Develop and oversee program office budgets for utilities, maintenance, and capital improvements when required.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers for program office suite to ensure effective and cost-efficient services.
• Conduct inspections, address safety hazards, and implement preventive maintenance programs for program office suite.
• Respond to emergencies and oversee resolution efforts for program office facility-related issues.
• Manage program office facility software and hardware systems required for program office oversight.
• Perform system maintenance, when appropriate, in support of program office suite such as updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliability.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate program office suite facility systems with enterprise platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations in support of program office business processing requirements.
• Maintain organizational inventory and physical accountability of equipment.
• Perform program office software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
• Schedule program office system installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure workstation data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation for the program office.
• Maintain a continuous monitoring effort for all program office incidents and service requests to ensure a continuous improvement environment for quality of service.
• Contact customers to provide real-time updates regarding their incident or service requests.
• Maintain access to PLx, NMIS, and unclass workstations, and all additional programs used to assist the program office users.

Qualifications


TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience.

• Four (4) years of professional experience in facilities management or systems administration may be substituted for a degree.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of facility management experience with working knowledge of building systems including mechanical/electrical systems, architectural maintenance, and building automation.
• Demonstrated experience managing facility operations and coordinating service delivery teams.
• Proficient in base building systems and understanding of associated maintenance related to Chiller, Boiler, and electrical systems.
• Experience with system administration, including a strong understanding of IT network architecture and troubleshooting.
• IT administration certifications (CompTIA A+ and Sec+).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond promptly to emergencies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment with no supervision.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA CFM, FMF, SFP) desired.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements such as OSHA, DPA, ADA, etc. desired.
• Previous SAP experience desired.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
