Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide specialized communication therapy services. The candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ communication and swallowing skills to determine their needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition.
- Implement therapy strategies to improve speech, language, and cognitive functions.
- Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and exercises.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Demonstrate experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass requisite background checks and compliance screenings.
