Lead Teacher & Professional Learning Coach

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is looking for a Teacher, Multi-Classroom Leader 1 (MCL1) based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves coaching 4-6 teachers, establishing goals, and ensuring high-quality instruction across multiple classrooms. The MCL1 will work collaboratively to review progress and enhance teaching methods. In addition, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, a valid NC Professional Educator's License, and extensive teaching experience.
