Brightidea is hiring a Founding Account Executive to sell Hackathon, a standalone product built for event-driven innovation. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect outbound, run discovery and demos, and close deals while shaping the go-to-market motion from day one.
As the first GTM hire, you’ll prototype missing capabilities with AI, decide feasibility, and feed product feedback. You’ll build the playbook, define ICP, and partner with product/marketing for rapid growth, with compensation
