PFL Services is looking to hire Extruder Operators for a position in the Asheboro, NC area. Payrate: $18/hour Shifts: 1st shift: 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday 3rd shift: 11pm to 7am Monday through Friday Responsibilities: Determine setup procedures Reel extruded products into rolls or reels Specify lengths and weights of rolls or reels Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings and temperature Synchronize speed of extrusion Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Locate defects on extruded parts Check for conformance to specifications Record product measurements Adjust controls as necessary, Install, connect, test and adjust equipment String up lines Clean tools and tooling Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of plastic extruder experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
