Job Summary

Seeking a Senior AI Engineer with a strong software engineering background to drive the use of AI and AI agents in software development . This role will help establish best practices and standards for AI-assisted application development across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development and AI agents .
• Use AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and application delivery.
• Establish standards, rules, and best practices for AI-driven development.
• Ensure AI-generated code follows architecture, security, and coding standards.
• Partner with software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Identify opportunities to maximize AI across development workflows.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and establish scalable solutions and practices.
• Support strategic projects that will become models for broader organizational adoption.

Required Skills

• Strong Software Engineering / Software Development background.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, AI agents, or AI-assisted development .
• Strong Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of software architecture, testing, and modern development practices.
• Broad technical skill set across application development and infrastructure.
• Ability to work with emerging AI technologies and drive adoption across teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
