Position Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing specialty team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon looking to build a busy surgical schedule while practicing alongside an experienced, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, compassionate patient care, and developing lasting relationships with referring providers throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including:
• Dental extractions (including impacted third molars)
• Dental implant placement
• Bone grafting and ridge preservation
• Surgical exposure procedures
• Biopsies and pathology
• Management of oral infections and facial trauma within scope of practice
• Develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans utilizing advanced diagnostic technology.
• Maintain excellent communication with referring dentists and specialists.
• Provide exceptional patient education and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to the highest clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility).
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible preferred.
• Excellent surgical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
