Registered Nurse - Surgery

Location: Lee's Summit, MO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with 2-6 days of call per month.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgery team. The ideal candidate will possess strong vascular skills and have experience with a variety of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a surgical setting.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Meditech for accurate patient documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to their needs pre and post-operation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Strong skills in vascular procedures.
• Experience with Meditech charting system.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
