Gaming Capital Group (GCG), a leading vendor in the gaming industry, is looking for a self-motivated individual who will promote a professional environment as an Office Coordinator. Specifically, you will be responsible for administrative support, maintaining office organization, and assisting employees and visitors. This role ensures the office runs efficiently and serves as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
• Provide front desk support to guests
• Answer and screen telephone calls
• Checkout and inspections of GCG vehicles
• Distribute mail to appropriate recipients
• Filing, scanning, and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials
• Coordinate staff events, lunches, and meetings
• Order office supplies
• Ensure common areas (lobby, breakrooms, conference rooms) are clean, organized and stocked
• Maintain and manage office printers
• Coordinate and schedule with building maintenance vendors as needed
• Support the company's Culture Club program
• Maintain master fleet vehicle listing
