Current Opening We are currently seeking a Full time Clinical Supervisor for a new location we are opening in Ellsworth, ME. This is a unique opportunity to help build and maintain an Opioid Treatment Program from the ground up. Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to) Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and Everest Recovery policy and procedures. Ensure quality patient care. Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff. Review and approve clinical documents as required including but not limited to: Patient discharge paperwork, Clinical Quantitative reports, Patient Services and Treatment agreements. Perform chart audits in compliance with State, Federal, CARF, and Everest Recovery protocols. Assess client level of care. Conduct treatment plan review as required. Perform annual reviews as needed. Participate in take home reviews ensuring adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate orientation and training. Supervision of clinical staff. Maintain Clinical Supervision Logs Crisis intervention. Liaison with Community. Work to maintain the emotional health of the clinic. Occasional overnight travel. Other duties as assigned by the Program Director. Requirements Licensure or certification as a Clinical Supervisor, per state requirements Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills. Training skills. Excellent documentation skills.
