Security Officer - Driving Role

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic location where you will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, ideal for someone who values teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture while supporting a reliable and professional environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post instructions, and supporting appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, policy violations, and maintenance issues.
Monitor access points and observe people, property, and surrounding areas to help report suspicious activity and support daily operations.
Communicate with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, requests for assistance, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
