Scheduling Coordinator - Financial Services Location: Tampa, FL 33625 Pay: $40-60K annually, based on experience Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm (in office) Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Industry: Financial Services A growing financial services firm is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage lead qualification, appointment scheduling, client communications, calendar management, and CRM administration. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative support, appointment setting, client services, or financial services operations . Key Responsibilities Contact and qualify prospective clients from referrals, seminars, marketing campaigns, and other lead sources Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments using Outlook and CRM systems Manage advisor calendars and maintain accurate scheduling records Document client interactions, appointment details, and qualification notes in the CRM Send appointment confirmations, reminders, emails, and text communications Follow up with clients regarding appointments, cancellations, and reschedules Maintain scheduling reports, lead tracking, and attendance records Coordinate with advisors and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications Previous experience in scheduling, appointment setting, customer service, administrative support, call center, client services, or financial services preferred Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills Experience with Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Ability to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and follow-up activities Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential client information Relevant Experience Scheduling Coordinator, Appointment Scheduler, Client Services Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Intake Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Office Coordinator, CRM Administrator, Call Center Representative, Financial Services Coordinator, or Appointment Setter. #3379NW #J-18808-Ljbffr
