Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of custom home and luxury new construction projects in the property industry. Working closely with the project team, this role focuses on ensuring quality and efficiency throughout all phases of construction in New York. Our client is a reputable builder in the residential and commercial space in Greenwich, CT. Description Assist in managing all phases of custom home and luxury new construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues to ensure quality standards are maintained. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Support the procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements. Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
