Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Reps are the primary resource for quote and order entry in the ERP system. They work very closely with the Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure information is processed quickly and accurately. Ability to prioritize and understand sense of urgency for appropriate issues. Primary Responsibilities Support customer base as assigned with quote and order entry in Epicor ERP system. Maintain a high level of efficiency, including quality and quantity in daily workload. Ability to elevate issues to Account Manager and Sales Management as necessary. Some communication with the customer as necessary, amount is dependent upon platform and workload. Some communication with other departments, including Production and Engineering, required. Review and knowledge of appropriate work instructions. Attendance in ongoing training activities. Other job duties as assigned. Minimum Education or Experience College degree or 3 years equivalent work experience. Good MS Office and data entry skills. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $23.25 to $28.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
