Salary: Salary plus commission
- Demonstrate leadership by setting the example.
- Flexible with work schedule and working at minimum 40 hours as well as willingness to work on
extra when needed. - Open to change and embrace it.
- Scheduling and looking out for salons best interest.
- Product supply management and ordering
- Approving and managing payroll, time clocks and commissions end of pay period
- Business tracking and goal setting
- Time management
- Active involvement with recruitment of stylists and reception staff on a continual basis
- Interviewing /terminating of employees
- Ability to manage different personalities and retain staff
- Handling customer complaints and resolving them
- Ability to delegate and work efficiently
- Salary plus Commission
- Health and Dental paid
- PTO offered after 1 year
