Member Service Rep 2 with Lending Experience

Member Service Representative – MSR 2 Do you have a passion for lending? Are you experienced with administering IRAs and Trust accounts? Do you enjoy working with others to build and maintain relationships while working closely and accurately within established guidelines? If you said "yes" to any of these questions, then we want to talk with you! We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, member-centric, and quality-focused individual who will be passionate about helping members with their lending, IRA, Trust account and member service needs. The ideal candidate will need to meet these minimum requirements for the position:High school graduate or equivalent Excellent customer service skills and experience with an outgoing personalityPrior experience in lending with a financial institution or other lending industryMinimum of two years of similar or related experience Gerber Federal Credit Union currently has some of the best benefits around!
