Guest Experience Assistants

(Greeters, Ushers, Photo Wall Support)

Purpose: Create a warm and welcoming environment for event guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet attendees
Guide guests to seating and photo areas
Answer questions and support crowd flow
Assist with photo wall and engagement stations

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional demeanor
Customer service or hospitality experience helpful

Hours: Event day (4–6 hours)

Reports To: Volunteer & Check-In Coordinator
