What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the restaurant while creating an environment where both team members and guests thrive.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager.
• Coach, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and food cost management.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure company standards are followed.
• Lead shifts with confidence while creating a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment.
• Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
