Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Community at a senior living community in Grand Junction, CO. We are seeking an outstanding RN to provide clinical care and leadership support. Key Responsibilities Practices according to the community philosophy, policies/procedures, and state standards. Completes resident assessments. Provides direction and leadership to care staff, including caregivers, medication technicians, and other employees. Trains staff on medication administration and other care duties. Supports the Director of Nursing and may take on additional leadership tasks. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state. Maintains required CEU credits. Proficient computer skills. Strong passion for working with seniors. Benefits & Compensation Night and Day shifts available (full‑time). PRN availability. Competitive salary $35 – $44 per hour, dependent on experience. Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 (full‑time). Medical, dental, vision coverage. Generous paid time off and holiday schedule. 401(k) plan. Work Schedule Full‑time and part‑time, with night and day shifts. Flexible PRN scheduling is available.
