Position: Lead Maintenance Technician
Location: Lake Jackson, TX 77566
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Position Summary
ASAP Personnel is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors.
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Manage service requests and apartment turns.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Maintain inventory and supplies.
Coordinate emergency maintenance repairs.
Train and mentor maintenance team members.
Conduct property inspections to identify safety concerns.
Oversee contractors and vendor work.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
EPA Certification and HVAC experience are required.
Must have your own tools.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license, where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
