Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$2350.08/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatients with a focus on telemetry monitoring and patient stability. Assist in managing acuity levels and ensure patient safety through vigilant assessment and intervention. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions regularly and respond to changes promptly. Monitor telemetry equipment to track vital signs and cardiac activity. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and implement care plans. Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. Support ED patients when required, managing high-acuity cases effectively. Qualifications: Possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Have recent inpatient nursing experience, preferably with telemetry monitoring. Demonstrate the ability to assess and respond to clinical changes efficiently. Be familiar with telemetry equipment and cardiac monitoring protocols. Exhibit strong communication and documentation skills.
