Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses to join our clinical team. These roles require versatile professionals adept at providing high-quality perioperative patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and obtain patient history.
Prepare operating rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
Assist surgeons during procedures, adhering to sterile techniques.
Monitor patient status throughout surgery and respond to emergencies.
Complete accurate documentation in Meditech or relevant electronic health record systems.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid IN or Compact Registered Nurse license.
Have 1+ years of recent OR experience, including travel assignments.
Demonstrate proficiency in Meditech or similar charting systems.
Be able to provide recent references from direct supervisors within the last 12 months.
Possess flexibility to work Monday-Friday from 6:35 AM to 3:05 PM, with on-call responsibilities.
Have experience working with travel compliance standards (Tier 2).
