We work with each Caregiver to understand their availability, their prior experience and what they look for in a company. Our Caregivers have the ability to choose their own schedules based on Client needs. Prior experience working as a Caregiver for at least three years is ideal. We are also looking for Caregivers who have a strong sense of empathy, are willing to go the extra mile and are tired of having to apply to companies. Caregivers have the ability to work 10-20 hours a week, 20-40 hours a week and in select instances, more than 40 hours a week.
