Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy Allergy & Immunology clinic. The RN will work closely with providers caring for both adult and pediatric patients with allergy, immunology, asthma, and pulmonary conditions. This position requires flexibility to float between clinic locations as needed.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinic/ambulatory nursing experience
• Allergy clinic experience highly preferred
• First-time travelers wOur Companyome
• EPIC Ambulatory experience preferred but not required

Patient Population

• Adult and Pediatric patients
• Seasonal and environmental allergies
• Food allergies
• Drug allergies
• Asthma and pulmonary conditions
• Immunology-related disorders

Key Responsibilities

• Patient triage and phone triage
• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
• Medication reconciliation and history review
• Administering allergy injections
• Conducting allergy questionnaires and assessments
• Managing medication refill requests
• Providing patient education and support
• Collaborating with providers on treatment plans

Preferred Skills

• IV therapy experience
• Spirometry testing
• Pediatric patient care experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment

Clinic Environment

• Average 16-24 patients per day
• Approximately 4-5 exam rooms per clinic
• Work alongside 4 providers and a supportive nursing team
• Front desk and leadership support available daily
