Medical Assistant OpportunityWe are hiring a Medical Assistant for an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at our HWY 9 office!At HVC we invest in you and your career growth by conducting monthly lunch n' learns, reimbursing certification costs for any job required certifications as well as providing scrubs.Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, 401k, PTO, life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and holiday pay.Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, no nights or weekendsDuties may include but not limited to:Full triageTaking manual vitals/blood pressureEKG'sRecording and updating patient informationChart prepPhlebotomyMedication refillsSome travel may sporadically be required between other HVC offices to cover for PTO and sick leave. Mileage is reimbursed when travelling between offices.Requirements:Dependable team player is a must.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.If not already a nationally certified medical assistant, will be required to gain certification within six months of employment. (ex.
