As a Plumbing Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. In addition to a competitive wage there are excellent benefits including: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision for the employee Employee family medical plans available 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Responsibilities Include: Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Requirements 2+ years of plumbing experience Strong understanding of plumbing systems Knowledge of local plumbing codes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
