Job Description Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. Special Education Teacher Location: Mustang, OK Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Provide differentiated instruction to meet the unique learning styles and abilities of each student. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school policies and regulations. Foster a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes academic and social‑emotional growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Valid Oklahoma teaching certification in Special Education. Knowledge of IEP development and implementation. Experience working with students with various disabilities and learning challenges.
