Role Overview
In this role, you will represent our clients' products and services in the field, engaging directly with prospective customers through door-to-door outreach. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business, build relationships, and close sales within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do
- Conduct door-to-door sales outreach within an assigned territory.
- Engage prospective customers, build rapport, and establish trust quickly.
- Identify customer needs through effective discovery conversations.
- Present and demonstrate products and services in a compelling way.
- Overcome objections and confidently close sales in the field.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects within your territory.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times in the field.
- Collaborate with team leads and management to optimize territory performance.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in door-to-door, direct, or field sales preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in the field.
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuing sales goals.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telecommunications, energy, or home services sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding field sales quotas.
- Experience working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid state issued Driver's License.
