Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join our team in Terrell, TX, 75160. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior electricians and apprentices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Valid electrician's license or certification in the state of Texas.
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
