Speech-Language Pathologist - PRN (2 days/wk) Rehab Team

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join Signature Rehab, serving residents across our Kentucky facilities. You will provide assessment and therapy to restore communication and swallowing function, supporting patients on an outpatient basis when appropriate.
