Structure Exhibits is a full service exhibit and event company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, with additional operations in the Chicago area. Since 2003, we have helped brands bring their stories to life through custom trade show exhibits, rental environments, corporate events, and experiential programs.

We handle projects from concept through execution, including design, engineering, fabrication, graphics, AV and technology integration, logistics, installation, dismantle, and on site support.

Structure is seeking a hands on Graphics Production Specialist who takes pride in producing exceptional work and thrives in a fast paced, team driven environment. This role is responsible for printing, finishing, quality control, and preparing large format graphics for trade shows, events, retail environments, and branded experiences. The ideal candidate understands that every graphic leaving our facility represents our reputation and our client's brand.

Working closely with project managers, designers, fabricators, and installers, this position plays a critical role in delivering flawless projects on time and on budget.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the HP R1000 large format printer to produce high quality graphics on rigid and flexible substrates.

• Utilize ONYX RIP software to prepare print files, manage print queues, optimize color output, and maximize production efficiency.

• Trim, laminate, mount, package, and finish graphics to exact specifications.

• Perform quality inspections throughout production to ensure color consistency, accuracy, and overall craftsmanship.

• Prepare graphics for shipping, installation, and warehouse storage.

• Read production drawings and work orders to verify sizes, materials, and installation requirements.

• Assist with material inventory and communicate supply needs before shortages occur.

• Maintain equipment and keep production areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with designers, fabrication, project management, and warehouse personnel to solve production challenges.

• Assist with exhibit pre sets and last minute production requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large format printers in a production environment.

• Experience using ONYX RIP software preferred.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Understanding of large format printing processes, color management, finishing techniques, and production workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing flawless work.

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines.

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a production environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating or programming a Kongsberg CNC cutting table.

• Experience with HP Latex printing technology, particularly the HP R1000.

• Experience producing SEG graphics, vinyl graphics, fabric graphics, dimensional graphics, and exhibit graphics.

• Understanding of trade show exhibit production and installation requirements.
