Sales ManagerJoin Toshiba America Business Solutions as a Sales Manager in Albany, NYToshiba Business Solutions' Sales Managers manage a group of business-to-business sales professionals responsible for selling Toshiba's full line of office solutions including high-speed digital copier/printers, full copier/printers, software (Document Capture, Document Management Services, Document Delivery, and Digital Signage) and other non-Toshiba products to meet established revenue objectives for the Team.What You'll DoLead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth, market share, and new business within an assigned territory.Drive prospecting, pipeline management, lead conversion, and forecasting to achieve team sales goals and quotas.Coach and enforce sales excellence through KPI management, sales processes, territory planning, and industry knowledge development.Build strong client relationships by identifying business needs, presenting solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experience.Monitor team performance, analyze sales results, and implement strategies to improve outcomes and address challenges.What You'll BringBachelor's Degree or equivalent.5 years outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment. Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience with a goal-driven focus. Demonstrated success in managing sales professionals (Industry experience preferred).Strong knowledge of how a business operates internally.Client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and/or decisionmaker with a client approach. Proven accomplishment measured against revenue and customer satisfaction.Requires a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.Earn Well$175,000 first year earning potential, $65k-$85K base salary, plus uncapped commission, expense, manufacturer incentives, and bonus potential.
