Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Avon Lake, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will respond to customer service requests and act as the face of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Avon Lake, OH

Pay Range: $23-$25/hour

Shift: 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Assist Customer Account Representatives with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth customer interactions.

• Respond to customer requests, complaints, and concerns

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members, supervisors, and customers.

• Work with customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Communicate effectively over the phone and electronically to address customer inquiries and concerns.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales support roles, preferably in a manufacturing or OEM environment.

• Strong communication skills and a professional customer-facing demeanor.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP experience is preferred.
