Job Title : General Assembler
Location: Sumter, SC 29153
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr on W2
Shift: Night Shift | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Schedule: 3 days ON, 2 days OFF, 2 days ON, 3 days OFF (including weekends)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract (12 Months)
Job Responsibilities:
- Load, operate, and unload rubber molding press equipment.
- Monitor machine temperatures, cycle times, and production quality.
- Inspect finished products, trim excess materials, and identify defects.
- Maintain accurate production records and a clean, safe work area.
- Follow manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes.
- Onsite eye examination required.
