Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Summary You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, and low‑slope metal commercial roofing systems. You will manage projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Duties And Responsibilities Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems Roof maintenance and repairs Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interaction with all customers. Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training crew members as needed. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old 5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews A valid driver’s license Bilingual is a plus Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor, and co‑workers Initiative, integrity, and adaptability Technology savvy Sheet metal experience preferred Travel: local; up to 1 hour away Benefits Starting pay rate: $27–32/hr Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Tecta America is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
