Veterinarian Surgeon

BluePearl Oak Creek is seeking a full‑time Board‑Certified Surgeon or residency‑trained Small Animal Surgeon to join our growing surgery department in Oak Creek, WI. The role will support a rapidly increasing caseload and work in a state‑of‑the‑art facility with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment. Position Overview The surgeon will collaborate across specialties, participate in complex procedures, and contribute to the hospital’s commitment to high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities Perform small animal surgical procedures across a broad range of specialties. Collaborate with veterinary specialists, such as anesthesia, oncology, neurology, and emergency services, to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in inter‑departmental case reviews and contribute to treatment planning. Maintain proficiency in all surgical techniques and keep up to date with advances in veterinary surgery. Qualifications Active Board Certification in Small Animal Surgery or completion of a residency program in Small Animal Surgery. Minimum of 2–3 years of surgical experience (preferably in a multi‑specialty practice). Strong commitment to teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
